Jul 10, 2007 Bottle: Pours a clear amber color with a light tan head. Aroma, nutty toffee malts, some grassy element, and some burnt notes. Flavor, nutty and caramel, some grassy herbal hop notes on the end. For a Utah beer, it wasn’t too bad.

Jul 4, 2007 A nice pleasantly sweet caramel malt aroma and a nice crispness as well. Pours amber with a small beige head that I can see disappear as I write this. Up front crispness, some nuttiness, some caramel, a little bitter. Is somewhat watery, has a little bit of lingering sweetness and bitterness. Seems to be relatively easy to drink.
