Feb 3, 2005 Clear amber with a nice white head. Well carbonated. Very little aroma. Crisp and clean with a light caramel flavor and little bitterness. Light hop character.

Jul 29, 2004 On cask. Nicely casked: at cellar temp with a decent amount of CO2. Amber body with a white creamy head. Aromas of caramel and that’s it. Lots of buttery diacetyl. Thin watery body. Not much going on in there.

Oct 17, 2003 Pours copper with some carbonation and small head. Small malt aromas slightly bitter. Spicy malt flavors. Palate is a bit watery. Bland amber.

Aug 3, 2003 Aroma is almost non existant, flavor is strong malt with no hop background. Finish is watery and bitter. There's a slight DMS flavor in this too. BOOOO!

Jul 23, 2003 Yay, another watered down amber, cause you know I have not had enough of those. They rank right up there with green bottles my other unofficial favorite.
Deep and rich in color, spicy and malty with nice cinnamon undertones. Just way to bland, to be tasty.

Oct 16, 2002 Nutty aroma, a little thin for an amber, could be maltier. Average amber with a spicy finish. Best enjoyed after driving over an icy pass into the heart of Park City.
