Taste is pretty much by the style, except the malts aren’t overpowering. Light tasting, a given with the alcohol content, but a decent beer nonetheless. Poured a clear reddish amber with a tight foamy, pale tan head, decent retention, minimal amount of ringed sticking, mainly at the top of the glass.
A faint nose of toasted caramel, hints of sweet pale malts, floral, honey-like hoppiness.
Light body that is firmed up by the active carbonation. Tastes of toasted caramel, soft touches of sugary pale malts and raw grains. Honey tasting hops that turn mildly spicy towards the end. I believe the American version of the Tettnanger hops are being used. Finishes up dry, honey and toasted caramel flavors lingering briefing in the palate.
