Aubrey (2773), Denver, Colorado, USA Oct 25, 2009 Sampled on tap at the brewery in Park City (early fall, not long, relatively speaking, after this awesome bill passed). Can’t believe it took so long for homebrewing to become legal in Utah, but I digress. This cask-conditioned beer was pretty decent. Light copper-orange hue with a creamy head. Soft on the tongue, with a light carbonation level. Sweet toast and light toffee crossed with a light bitterness and toasted bread crust. Great session beer. alexanderj (2212), Chino Hills, California, USA May 27, 2009 One of many beers brewed for the passing of HB51 by Utah brewers. Color was a copper/gold. Aroma was bready and mildly hoppy; same thing with the flavor. A nice enough flavor and it was quite sessionable.
