| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Sep 8, 2006 Tap. Primarily wheat aroma with hints of banana and lemon. Golden yellow with decent head. Primarily wheat malt flavor in the flavor as well - slight hints of typical banana and clove coming out. Agree with Zim29 that this was more like an Am wheat than a true Weizen. jimhilt (1691), Bow, New Hampshire, USA

Pours a two finger white head that fades slowly to a thin ring leaving a good lace. Light almost cloudy pale amber color. Very light carbonation and light bodied. Faint wheat nose. Starts sweet/sour flavor, missing yeast flavor, lemon finish. Served waaaay too cold, better warmer, $4.50 for a 18oz glass. amalsugar (41), Tremonton, Utah, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Oct 28, 2005 I had this at a restaurant in Logan, Utah and it almost ruined my dinner. It was not at all what I was expecting, the beer almost tasted light struck, but it came to me in a brown bottle. I might have to try again. frylock (1027), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 22, 2005 Sampled at the Salt Lake City airport. Head was small for the style. Served far too cold so the aroma was a bit hard to pick up on, but there was some light banana and hints of unidentifyable herbs. Crisp mouthfeel. Moderate amount of wheat flavor, light notes of clove and mint in the finish. A little simplistic, but not bad. I think that the term Hefeweizen should be reserved for beers that have that Bavarian flavor. Therefore, I have to rate this as a bland beer without much character to grab you. brocker (99), Salina, Utah, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 11, 2005 I have this every year at Oktoberfest in Snowbird, Utah. An unfiltered German-style wheat beer. Very delicious. Hazy, gold color, with a nice mouthfeel and a dry, slightly sour flavor. Perfect drink to go with a 1-1/2 lbs. of cased meat, pickles, and Bavarian Sauerkraut.
