On cask at the Brewpub in Park City. Pours a cloudy orange with a thick and foamy white head. The aroma is quite hoppy, mostly a citrusy hops. The flavor is balanced between a fairly aggressive hop character and the smoothness of the malt and especially the cask character. I loved this balance. It’s subdued in ways that many IPAs are not, and I think that allows a lot of flavor to stand out.

Cask hand pumped at McCools, Layton. Small creamy white head on top of hazy amber beer. Aroma is pure hop - grapefruit and pine. Taste is similar with some small malt notes. Palate is light, flattish and slightly watery, can drink alot of these at 4%.

On cask @wasatch brewpub poured a hazy dark brown with an amber head. Aromas of grass, and pine, a very big hop nose. Flavor was grassy and piney. BIG HOP flavor. They dryhopped this one with tomahawk hops.
