| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 19, 2007 Poured a thin, cola-like brown with tons of ruby highlights. The head was one-finger tall and only offered minimal lacing. The aroma was smoke, thin malt, some sugar and even a bit roasted barley. The flavor was weak smoke, thin chocolate and some malt. Slightly sour. The body was thin to medium. The finish lingered. Average. padrefan98 (788), (San Diego) Santee, California, USA

Dissapointed in this one since the name had me curious. Something about the idea of multiple wives and beer. jcwattsrugger (5573), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Aroma is chocolate/licorice, dark malt. Taste is chocolate/licorice/coffee, dark malt, some acidic, bitter hops. Coffee aftertaste. OK carbonation. JoeMcPhee (5030), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 14, 2007 Dark brown/black beer with an off-white head. No nitro which is nice to see. Toasted barley, light caramel and a bit of dark chocolate as well. Flavour-wise it shows dark toasted malts and roasted barley. Less sweetness than their oatmeal stout. Light earthy bitterness. golubj (1290), Sunnyvale, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 4, 2007 Bottle. This has one of my favorite slogans, "Why have just one?" Coupled with the name of the beer, it is a very comical question. Anyway, the aroma was mostly roasted malt, toffee/chocolate, and coffee. The palate is a little thin, and the malt flavor is disappointing. Just tastes syrupy and sweet with mild coffee bitterness. paleface1982 (13), cabot, Arkansas, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 26, 2007 Thanks to eagle for this one. Poured a typical brown for style with not that great of a head. Aroma was of mostly coffee. Flavor was much the same to much acidic flavor and not enough sweetness from the small amount of chocolate flavor. Not a good one for this style eaglefan538 (2399), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 20, 2007 Bottle from Tops Liquors in Phoenix, poured a standard brown color with a bit of a flatness to it that wasn’t impressive. The aroma was coffee, some astringency or off notes. The flavor followed suit, astringency, acidic, cocoa-choco notes, slightly bitter and astringenty coffee flavors too. The mouthfeel was a little still, less than invigorating. A weak example of the style, but the name was appreciated for its good humor.
