| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 16, 2005 Dark brown, bit of red. No lacing or stickiness on the glass, just looks thin. Thin as expected, no real body or heft, rather oily. Tastes like a mix of molasses and burnt wood. Good thin they have a marketing schtick, because nobody’s buying this one for the beer. ratman197 (3224), Arvada, Colorado, USA

Sour, Burnt chocolate smell.
Very smooth. I expected it to be sweeter, but it’s not. It’s dry & crisp. Mild cocoa flavor with a litlle Hop bitterness. Typical of black malt. Finishes dry, & clean.
Stupid name. Utah kicked out all their polygamists. Sent them all to Colorado and Arizona.
