Bottle courtesy of douglas88. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of caramel, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, some doughy hints. Tastes of spice, cookie dough, some peppery splashes.

Bottle: Lightly hazy copper color, orangey almost. Light head and a bit of lacing. The nose is very spicy with cinnamon and allspice, light hop and some faint caramel malt. Actually the nose is very nice and remeniscent of pumpkin pie. The flavor is a bit sweet and nutty, nice balance, lots of spices and a rich pumpkin finish. A bit lacking in the body and mouthfeel, but what can you ask for, it’s nice smelling and tasting. Thanks to my girlfriend for aquiring this for me while in SLC.

This spiced ale pours a slightly hazy copper gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is spicy, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg with a touch of malt. A medium bodied pumpkin ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are earthy and floral. It a touch sweet and a little nutty. It has a lot of pumpkin pie flavor going on here. Not too sweet or to spicy. It’s a touch watery, but given the low alcohol it might be understandable. Nice pumpkin finish. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

White head on pumpkin coloured (dark orange) beer. Light spice scent. LIght pumpkin flavour with some soft lingering spices. Stronger toward cinamon than nutmeg.

I like the smell of pumpkin. The flavor of this is dominant. Tons of pumpkin. Lots of cinnamon. Not really my cup of tea. My wife hates it, but she doesn’t like nutmeg very much.

12 oz bottle thanks to douglas88. Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. The aroma is pretty strong allspice, clove, and cinnamon with maybe a little bit of caramel sweetness. The flavor is balanced more toward the clove, with a good dose of cinnamon right behind it. Faint malt sweetness balances all the crazy pumpkin pie spice. The finish is a little bit dry and carbonic like soda-water. Still, a decent enough pumpkin ale.
