Actually broke out my authentic kolsch glasses for this one and slammed like they do in deutschland. Very clean and refreshing, and better than some german kolschs i’ve had here. Probably fresher too. unclemattie (2422), Georgia, USA

Sweet pils malt aroma, bready, floral hop, straw. Flavor is a pale malt sweetness. Decent hop bitterness, not to overpower the light bodied malt. Some fruitiness, light berries in the finish. Very refreshing, Crisp and clean. kp (8396), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 23, 2009 Bottle from the Utah Brewers Co-op. This is a new seasonal from Wasatch, and is different than the Kolsch available at times at the brewpub on tap. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. The aroma is nice; sweet malts mostly. The flavor is very easygoing; rich almost musty malts, light hops and sweeter caramel or honey flavors. Nice. Ibrew2or3 (2766), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 4, 2008 On tap @ Wasatch Brewpub Park City. Pours clear pale gold with thin bright white head. It has a mild aroma of grainy malts and just a hint of lemon zest. The taste starts with tasty fresh grainy type malts. A layer of lemon citrus rides above the maltiness from beginning to end. The finish is dry and refreshing.
