It has a mild aroma of grainy malts and just a hint of lemon zest. The taste starts with tasty fresh grainy type malts. A layer of lemon citrus rides above the maltiness from beginning to end. Smell: Lightly sweetish, grainy sniffs of light pale and pilsener malts with some mild notes of white grapes and Noble hops.
Taste: Light pale malts with some pilsener malts in there as well. Faintly grainy. Slight white grape fruitiness. Subtly spicy, floral hops with a medium-low bitterness. Finishes dry and lightly grainy.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Drinkability: A reasonable, decent Kölsch out of Utah of all places.
