Smells of coriander and shame. Tastes the same with added notes of citrus and black pepper. A fair compliment to white fish, in my estimation. hayduke (1690), Eureka, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 6, 2009 From a 12 oz bottle this poured a cloudy yellow with a medium white head and lots of lacing as it settled. Nose of citrus and coriander spice. Mouthfeel medium with good carbonation. Flavor is what you would expect with style, with lemons and oranges, again that coriander. Finish is refreshing and spicy. A nice beer and good for a warm day. bhensonb (4400), Woodland, California, USA

Seems a heck of a nice fella, but his taste in beer can be judged by his high rating for Romulan Ale. Pours gold with an ok white head. Nice aromas of citrus sorts of things with hot spice bits. Medium body with soft carbonation. Starts a bit peppery, but the citrus and spice and everything nice are there. Finishes clean and mildly spicey. It’s over a hundred today, and this is appreciated. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 24, 2009 Bottle courtesy Douglas88. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. Citrus zest and coriander spice aroma and a little pepper. Taste is light and malty with a little orange and coriander, maybe some lemon. Light and refreshing, this works very well on a hot humid Florida day. ChainGangGuy (2619), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 16, 2009 Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy, yellow body with a smallish, frothy, white head.
Smell: Slightly tangy scent of wheat marked by citrusy notes of lemon zest and orange peel. All the while there’s a strong scent of coriander spice.
Taste: Altogether tangy taste of wheat with a subtle sweetness before the big kick of coriander hits. Again, some tastes of lemon and orange. Minimal hop character with only a mild bitterness present. Finishes appropriately dry with lingering tastes of citrus zest and peppery coriander.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus, lightly effervescent carbonation.
Drinkability: Pretty good! An enjoyable witbier with a particularly bold spice character to it suitable for all kinds of outdoor, summertime activities - hiking, water skiing, and even badminton. Ibrew2or3 (2848), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA

The aroma is fruity with apples and pears to go along with yeast and cloves. The taste is sweet with apples, a sweetness like candi sugar, a sense of wheat and spices such as cloves and coriander. Nice brew with tasty balanced flavor notes. TampaBrew (907), Tampa, Florida, USA

Nice belgian yeast aroma. Sweet pale malt aroma. Some banana bread, some distant lemon. Flavor is bready, nice wheat malt character. Some lemon, lime zest, coriander, and a crisp hop. A "lighter" clone of Chimay White? maybe.
