Bottle courtesy of douglas88. Pours hazy yellow with a half finger white head. The nose is spicy yeast and sweet wheat. The taste is white pepper, spice and sweet wheat in the finish. Light prickly mouthfeel. Decent stuff – thanks again Douglas!

2009 Bottle - Thanks douglas88! - Pours yellow with a small white head...aroma is spicy, yeasty and bright...flavour is similar, with a overlying malty sweetness that I haven’t noticed in other wits...high carbonation, good alcohol presence...not your traditional wit, but very enjoyable!

Pours clear light yellow with white head. Smell is subtle wheat and very faint spice if at all. Taste is sweet and wheaty with a light belgian yeastiness. Mostly just sweet wheat though. Thin body and soft carbonation. Didn’t do it for me, and this is a bit overrated, I think.

12oz bottle–pours a foamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is musty grain/wheat, pear, coriander. Taste is musty grain/wheat/light malt, sulphur, pear/orange, coriander/spice. OK effervescence. Thanks to Wasatch for trade with Joe-jwc215 and me.

Pours cloudy faint golden color with white head. Nose reminds me of pears, light banana, and other light tropical fruits. Palate is somewhat cracker wheat like, with some pleasant sweet and sour flavors. Finishes somewhat chalky. Overall, impressive considering that it came from Utah.

Aroma: Light Belgian aroma with a slight fruit lingering.
Appearance: Yellow in color, cloudy with a thin head.
Flavor: Has a nice Belgian wheat flavor. Has a slight husky flavor also.
Palate: Dry finish, with a good Mouthfeel.
Overall: A very nice brew this was decent and I would drink another if in town Thanks Doug.
