| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 17, 2009 Brew pours bright white yellow with a decent head that renigs. Smells like the most beautiful women, fresh, clean, crisp, and pure with vanilla bean and some exotic tropicals. Medium body weight with excellent carbonation almost approaching cream. Oh what a nice brew. A big bosomed vanilla bomb meets the prince of lemon rind intertwined with tropicals from some far off land that only tinker bell could remember. The finish is long and crisp with freshness. Excellent from this brewer. Cletus (5057), Connecticut, USA

The nose is malty, with some nice yeast notes, corinader, and nice note of bananna. The taste is malty/yeasty, nice touch of corinader/bananna. Medium body. Drinkable, this is a very nice White Ale, good thing for Utah.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 16, 2009 Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy, yellow body with a smallish, frothy, white head.
Smell: Slightly tangy scent of wheat marked by citrusy notes of lemon zest and orange peel. All the while there’s a strong scent of coriander spice.
Taste: Altogether tangy taste of wheat with a subtle sweetness before the big kick of coriander hits. Again, some tastes of lemon and orange. Minimal hop character with only a mild bitterness present. Finishes appropriately dry with lingering tastes of citrus zest and peppery coriander.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus, lightly effervescent carbonation.
Drinkability: Pretty good! An enjoyable witbier with a particularly bold spice character to it suitable for all kinds of outdoor, summertime activities - hiking, water skiing, and even badminton. SuperDave70 (1157), Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA
