This "bier" has been our "response" to the call of our Cloktoberfest. A German styled lager much like its predecessor and truly inspired by the German Märzen's of old, this medium-to-light bodied, honey-amber lager is a "Watch City Brewing Co. post-Oktoberfest" favorite. A noticeable sweetness, faintly caramel in flavor, greets the tip of your tongue. As the beer travels to the back of one's throat the sweetness dissipates in remarkable fashion.
