Cloudy pale yellow with a thin, creamy head. Big banana waft on the first sniff, then joined with some vanilla and cloves. Pretty delicious smell. Flavor is smooth liquid bananas, like a banana smoothie. Vanilla, cloves and pepper are very prominent. Slight lemony / citric bite on the finish and an acidic edge. Carbonation might be a tad too aggressive. Aftertaste is 100% banana bread. One of the brewpub’s better offerings.

Uninspired summer brew, but drinkable. This brewery really never takes any chances.

Hazy yellow body, creamy white, somewhat lasting head. Lemony banana aroma. Sweet cloves banana with a bit of lemon sourness/tartness in the flavor. Not bad, but too much of something in it...

Hazy yellow or gold color with a little head. Citrus aroma. Mild wheat flavor coupled with the usual citrus. It tastes like every other mediocre summer seasonal hefe that every micro brewery and brew pub makes.

Cloudy Apricot Coloring. Carbonated. Wheat and Honey ..with a Small Amount of Spice. Raspberry Weiss Was Better. But This is Still a Decent Summer Lawnmower Brew.

This one was a cloudy light orange with some head. The cloves were more prominent in the nose and taste than bananas. There wasn’t much in the way of distinctive hops, just some hops. I could refresh with this on a hot day though.

Cloudy pale orange body. Orange, clovy aroma. Flavor has lots of orange, must have been polluted by the orange the bartender stuck in the glass. I enjoyed this weiss.

Hazy straw color with a smaller white head. Bananas and bandaids aroma. Light clove and banana flavors not much balance.
