(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy golden body with a tall long-lasting off-white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, sulfur, subtle clove, and mustiness. Flavor of citrus, banana, and wheat.

On tap at the Water Street in Delafield location. Poured a medium golden color with a smaller sized head. Served with a lemon slice. Aromas and tastes of citrus, wheat, cloves and bananas. Some lacing left on the glass. Re-rate: 7/16/06. Strong aromas of cloves with lighter bananas and wheat. Wheat comes out stronger in the tastes.

Served with a lemon wedge. A very nice German wheat with good flavor. They definitely used a healthy dose of good weizen yeast in this beer. Pleasant light sourness and good banana/clove profile. One of the better American made German wheats I've tried.

Hazy straw color with a smaller white head. Bananas and bandaids aroma. Light clove and banana flavors not much balance.

After several of this pub’s so-so offerings, this one really was a pleasant surprise. Excellent lemony wheat beer, very well-balanced, good color and body, strong long finish. Even better than the raspberry-flavored version.

On draught at the brewery/brewpub in Delafield, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear, unfiltered golden brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates clean. Aroma of light banana, cloves with more yeast scents than most others detected. Taste is well carbonated, light bodied with some acidic character with some banana, cloves and yeast. Finish is slightly metallic but has a light banana and a hint of yeast aftertaste.

On tap at Water Street - Delafield. Poured an almost clear medium golden with rising carbonation and a little head. Aroma was of sweet bananas and cloves with some bubblegum.. rather nice concoction. Flavor held up well with sweet banana and lots of bubblegum along with mild complementary cloves.. well-balanced. Felt quite nice on the palate.. good balance and flow.
