Transparent, pale and (at the same time) neon yellow with lots of fizz and bubbles. Aromas of raunchy, spoiled potatoes, sour lemons and pungent bread. Flavor matches the disappointment, bringing out syrupy NutraSweet characteristics, starch, and several year old boxed lemon pound cake. Effervescent. A dash of coriander and, maybe, accidentally (I hope) a sprinkle of cumin.

On tap at the Water Street in Delafield location. Poured a lighter and clear yellow color with smaller sized white head. Served with a slice of orange (bastards). Aromas and tastes of oranges (I wonder why), lemons, and some spices.

On tap at their downtown Milwaukee location. Pale yellow appearance, slighlty cloudy, light white head. Aroma has a lemony tint to it. Same lemon notes make their way over to the flavor and not much else comes through, some yeastiness. Aftertaste is slightly sulphuric. Mouthfeel is slightly spritzy. Overall, not great.

Perfumy aroma, not much detectible by way of wheat, some unknown lemony-floral spice seemed to dominate.

Light straw-colored body, short-lived white head. Wheaty aroma with lemon rind notes. Mostly lemony flavor with a subtle coriander element. Some pepper as well, watery finish.

12 oz glass at the pub. Very very pale yellow, cloudy; strong, very sweet banana-orange-clove nose. So far so good. But...7-Up is the predominant flavor characteristic; it’s bland, thin, citrusy, overcarbonated...I don’t think so.

Very cloudy, light straw color with a lost white head prior to serving. Nice light malt, wheat and orange aromas. Flowery perfume flavors distract from the wheaties. Perhaps a touch to much spice in this delicate brew. Lightly dirty/earthy in the finish.

Light lemon color. Candy lemon flavor. Tastes very similar to their weiss beer. No pepper, spices, or any complexities.
