A honey tasting pale lager is what it is and what it says it is. Light, sweet and easy to drink. Nothing fancy here.

Piss-yellow body. Weak aroma, dusty grain husks. A cardboardy lager with some clover and honey notes.

Not much to write about here. Hints of grassy hops in the nose, Tiny sweetness from the clover honey hides the harsh graininess that tries to overwhelm. Thin, watery, bad.

On tap at their downtown Milwaukee location. No real apparent aroma, light pale golden pour, no discernable head. Faint honey in the flavor, but it is a stretch. Ends up kind of medicinal. Overall bland and boring. Thinnish mouthfeel. Color me dissapointed.

On draught at the brewery/brewpub in Delafield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear light golden straw brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates clean with no ring or any head. Aroma of light corn malt with some golden grain malt, honey some grassy hops and a touch of tropical fruit. Taste is light bodied, well-carbonated with a slight corn and honey flavor but quite watery. Finish is just as light and watery as its flavor with a clean cut and crisp aftertaste. It’ll keep the diet beer drinkers happy.

Light yellow. Malt and grain, some sugar. Not too bad for what it is. Thin palate. There isn’t a lot to say. For a brewer that is obviously brewing for the masses, this is the most approachable of their approachable beers.
