thejoeshow (130), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Sep 14, 2008 On tap at Water Street Brewery in Milwaukee. Pours a rich amber color with a nice white head that produced a nice amount of lacing. Nice to see "beer clean" glasses at a bar. The aroma is your typical citrus hop and a touch of malt to back it up. Flavor was nice and easy. It was hoppy enough to make me happy and malty enough to balance out the beer. The flavor was a nice melding of citrus hops and caramel malts. This was a very easy to drink bee. The only complaint I have, not a big one, was that it seemed a little safe. in a world full of outstanding Pale Ales, I think sometimes you should try to stand out a bit, this was just a little safe...but good. esjaygee (808), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Jun 15, 2008 On tap at Water Street Brewery in Milwaukee.
