The beer had a very attractive appearance in a dimpled pint mug, with dark amber color and abundant head. Aroma was somewhat floral. Taste was slighly floral with a medium amount of dry hop bitterness (neither piney nor citrusy). Mouthfeel was dry and crisp, and not at all sticky. Pretty good.

Light aroma of pine and hops. Taste is slightly hoppy with a bit of a citrus touch. Finishes with a faint floral flavor. Sombeast (151), Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 20, 2007 Served from the tap. This is a particularly rich pale ale, with a dark coppery color and a nice head. The hop aroma and flavor is more assertive than other pale ales that come to mind, while the bitterness is kept in check. Mouthfeel is medium light, and I have no complaint. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Nov 22, 2006 Draught at the brewpub (Downtown Milwaukee location). Clear light orange color with thin white head that didn’t leave any lace. Pleasant aroma of grapefruit and flowery hops. Spicy and dry on the tongue with a decent flowery hop flavor and slight hop bitterness. A starnge bacon-ish accent was the only detractor. By far the best beer I tried at the place. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 26, 2005 Deep copper, topped with a thin, off-white film that left nice bits of lace. Citrus aroma, more orangey but hints of grapefruit. Sweet & malty to start, honey and caramel with a nice hoppy, citric ending.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 6, 2005 Pours to a bronze, straw colored body with a creamy white head and excellent lacing. The aroma is lightly hopped. Sweet malts. The flavor is hoopy, grass and strawberries, citrus, and flowers. This is the best tasting of the beers sampled thus far. The palate is mediocre.
