A summertime brew from Water Street. Poured a hazey golden colour, little to no head and scattered lacing. Has a nice wheat flavor, not over doing it, but pleasent. a lemony zest aroma, also tastes of citrus fruit and honey.

cloudy pale yellow, fine white head, light lemon aroma, lemon flavor, touch of sugary sweetness, light bitterness adds more complexity rather then balance

Surprised to see only one rating for this beer. It is on tap at the brewery. This is a very nice summertime beer and could quench a thirst easily. It looked and smelled pretty much like a wheat beer. Honey and lemon flavors stood out. I do like a good wheat beer.

On tap at Water Street - Delafield. Poured a hazy, ugly yellow with no head sticking around. Sweet toasty banana and some darker sugars in the aroma.. not complex, but quite nice. The flavor was sweet again with banana and tangy lemon notes.. there were some residual, ugly floral notes at the finish.. some vegetal notes too. Tangy and sour notes accented the sweetness quite well.. lighter-bodied and slick on the palate.
