May 22, 2007 Very cloudy. Golden-amber. Marshmallow, banana, light spice in the nose. Full body. Nice sugars, then gets a touch dry, spicy with light banana, marshmallow and bready pale malts. Nicely done.

Glowing bright murky yellow body with a big fluffy white head. Light and yeasty, crisp but with a really spot-on marshmallow flavor - WEIRD! Some German hefe-like yeast esters, with some creamy lemon and banana. A strange brew, but very tasty.
