Jun 21, 2008 Wicked big head, slightly off-white and really bubbly. Like champagne. Pale ale color- yellow/gold. Champagne aroma. Lots of citrusy fruitiness in there. Citrusy taste. Not as dry as other tripels. Candy. A wee bit of hops, but not that much. No complaints at all really with this one.

Jun 15, 2008 clear gold pour with a small white head. Aroma is earthy esters. Flavor has quite a bit of pear and apple, some earthy funk, and a tad bit of old hops. Finishes very dry, lots of earthiness going all over this one.

Jun 13, 2008 0.33l bottle in Cambrinus, brugges. Pale golden pour with white foamy head.
Sweet, hoppy smell and taste has plenty of hops and fruitiness, quite dry finish with slight alcohol.
Very nice tripel style beer.

Jun 11, 2008 750 ML Bottle-cloudy yellow pour w/a moderate white foamy head. Sweet Belgian aroma. Flavors of cane sugar, light fruit, bread dough, orange peel & floral hops. Light, easy drinking brew w/a smooth, dry finish. Not real complex, but very enjoyable. Another winner from the folks @ St. Bernardus.

May 29, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy unclear yellow colour with white head. Very fruity and floral aroma. Flavor is slightly bitter, fruity and hoppy.

May 27, 2008 Small head, pours cloudy yellow. Fruity aroma, almost like a wine. Hops come through nicely, well balanced with the fruit and malt. "Discreet bitterness" is a great way of putting it. Nice aftertaste.

May 25, 2008 Cloudy golden pour with an aroma of fruit and some citrus. Tastes of bread with some malt and a touch of sugar. Nice bit of hops at finish. A creamy but thin mouthfeel with nice carbonation.
