Apr 29, 2007 750ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a large white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is yeasty and citrusy. Taste is the same being very mild and refreshing. Medium mouthfeel with a slightly creamy texture and mild hop bitterness. A nice Tripel that is light and refreshing.

Apr 22, 2007 Poured from a 500ml bottle into a tulip glass, cloudy orange with a big head. The aroma was of yeast and citrus. The taste was sweet with notes of spice and fruit. Similiar to St. Bernardus tripel, but not nearly as good.

Apr 15, 2007 hazy light amber coloured beer with some light carbonation and an average white head. Malty aroma with a full palate . Finish is creamy, light bitter with a fruity touch.

Apr 9, 2007 Bottle from Enniskillen; nose of spicy coriander and some breadiness; lightly hazed dark gold with a small a quick disapating off white head; flavor has some hop bitterness, balanced by caramel and coriander; not as good as other St Bernadus beers but quite good!

Apr 4, 2007 Poured cloudy golden with a big white head and lacing. Spicy aroma (coriander?, citrus) and full bodied. Well balanced with a great finish. Not the best of triples, but still ¨mother´s milk¨.

Apr 4, 2007 Verre de dégustation, provenant d’une bouteille de 750 ml avec bouchon de liège, lors d’une soirée chez Glouglouburp. Arôme: Odeur de pamplemousse et d’épices. Apparence: La couleur est blonde voilée avec de la lie. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de coriandre et de caramel avec une pointe d’agrume. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence d’agrumes en arrière goût. (Rating #944)

Mar 28, 2007 Watou talkin’ about, Willis? (Sorry.) This is a very nice beer...solid palate, fairly thick and a bit cloudy. Familiar Belgian musty smells, with some esters reminiscent of a wheat ale, mildly sweet malts, a bit of spice and a slightly briny saltiness. A softer version of a tripel, not as bold as some, but very pleasant to drink.
