Commercial Description:
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

Pours a cloudy gold with a off white head that starts falling fast. Decent lacing on the way down too. Nose is sweet and a bit yeasty. Typical stuff, but just right I think. Flavor is great. Slight sweetness with a spice that bites the tip of your tongue. The sweetness stays mild and is only joined by a yeasty influence, and never overshadowed. Really a smooth mix of brewing mastery I think. A lot of carbonation on the feel. It might border on being a bit much, but I think it still feels nice on the tongue. Masterfully created and continually drinkable. An amazing brew that is taking the position of one of my favorite tripels. More old school, with nothing schnazzy or wild about it, it’s a smooth and even production and another St. Bernardus piece of art.

12oz bottle. Smooth nose of citrus and yeast with caramel and vanilla. Pours a deep hazy gold with a a thick foamy head. Flavor is very yeasty with notes of bread, spicy hops and a strong malt backbone. Much better balanced than most tripels, a really tasty brew.

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a dense white head. Aroma is fruity, with melon, peach and orange, and also yeast and spice. Medium body. Flavor is nice but a bit lighter than the aroma led me to believe. Fruity and Yeasty. Not bad.

A hazy golden colored beer, with a white head. It disappears quickly. The aroma is malty, some yeast and fruity, notes of orange. The taste is a little spicey, very malty and fruits like orange. It has a dry aftertaste, but it’s a good tripel
