sfhodense (554), Odense NØ, Denmark Oct 6, 2009 Pours pale yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is wheat, coriander and orange. Flavour is wheat, coriander and orange. SaintMatty (1197), Tallinn, Estonia Sep 9, 2009 Draught (Brugs Beertje, Brugge) - Hazy pale golden with a white head. Spicy aroma with hints of lemon. Extremely refreshing taste with a slight soapy hint, but mainly featuring notes of lemon and spice. The finish is spicy and has strong strong citrus elements. DKthe13 (52), Netherlands Sep 7, 2009 Drank it at the brewery itself, from tap and from bottle. Nice belgium white with herbs such as: coriander, lemon. Although 1 kilometre away they brew a much better Belgium white. floydian1 (255), FNQ, Australia Jul 25, 2009 25cl bottle. A cloudy pale yellow beer with a medium white head of short duration. Citrussy wheaty aromas. Taste is lemony with soft spices (coriander) and a refreshing neutral finish. Medium to light bodied with a lively mouthfeel. A decent Wit. KyotoLefty (1370), Kyoto, Japan Jul 23, 2009 Very cloudy, medium yellow color. Spicy, lemony aroma. Tangy, though nicely balance and fragrant with rich wheat. Very lemony flavor, with rich, tasty wheat. Not overly sweet. Nicely balanced and refreshing, though nothing special.
TrefwoordPunk (549), Leiden, Netherlands Jul 19, 2009 Bottle 25 cl. Pours a hazy whitish yellow with a medium white head and an aroma of wheat, milk and soft fruits. The taste is a bit grainy with some sour notes, unripe fruits and citrus. Uneventfull beer. rabidbarfly (57), London, England Jul 16, 2009 Not great. No nose to speak of, taste is almost non existent until you get an unpleasant metalicy flavour at the back. Looks like a normal belgian wit.
I’ve had better... cosmicpolly (26), Bruges, Belgium May 25, 2009 bottle 25cl.
soft yellow colour and a thick white head that stays while drinking the beer. It smells like wheats and fruits (maybe peach) and a bit like vomit as well. The taste is powerless: a light detection of wheats.
