| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 28, 2006 Bottled. Yellow, hazy beer with a large, dense, diminishing white head. Yeast sediments in the bottles. Lovely citrus aroma of lemon and orange, and some spicyness. Quite weak and dry mouthfeel. Fruity, chalky and metallic finish. The flavor is disappointing in comparison with the aroma, banana, lemon and coriander. The amount of lemon flavor almost makes it reminiscent of a radler. Not a bad beer, though. Tel était mon point de vu avant de boire ma première Wit Bier.
Cette bière est douce mais avec suffisemment d’amertume pour être aimée.
Bonne dégustation. Lubiere (4537), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Aroma of wheat, bubble gum but some matchstick sulfur notes also present. Rather weak in mouth, with light bananas and chalky notes. Not what I expected from this brewery.
