Citrus aroma with spices. Cloudy yellow colour. Refreshing clove flavour with a little citrus and bready aftertaste. 7 3 7 3 12

Draught. Very spicy aroma, lots of lemon. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is also quite lemony, a little cardamum and clove. 5 3 5 3 13

Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by citrus with notes of spices. The flavour is so dominated by citrus, that it hides everything else. Strange and not very pleasant beer.

Hazy pale-yellow beer with big puffy white head. Wheat aroma’s and a fine lemony touch in the nose. Nice touch coriander and even some mint. Taste is soft and wheaty with a citrussy accent some spices and a good mildness. The afthertaste is on the thin side.

Enormous, very dense, just lemon-yellow coloured head; pale yellow beer with little green shine. Carboard, lemon, coriander, vanilla - and a bit pharmaceutical smell. Doughy taste, coriander, slightly spicey. Bit cornflakes flavour. Totally devoid of refreshing qualities, whilst the lemony nose had promessed better. Light body. There is some citrus, but it is a very dried out one, powdery. Bo-o-o-oring witbier.

On tap at De Zolder, Bruges. Superb Wit beer - all that’s good about the style. Sweet, light on the tongue, fruity, tangy, wheaty. Smooth, lemony and refreshing. Really very good, and the lingering flavour in the throat is delicious. A good Wit, well served.
