| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Oct 19, 2004 Golden, unclear. Short head. Fruity aroma. Good carbonation. Sourish flavour, mild, but somthing odd and dry in the finish. Synthetic citrus? Watery palate. Overall quite a mishap. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 16, 2004 The DM & Hotstuff’s European Honeymoon trip beer number 104. This bottled brew poured a medium sized head of finely sized mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was cloudy and yellow in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild malt and other mild notes typical of a good wit. Its mouth feel is initially tingly with a hoppy bite and a malty but soon disappearing aftertaste. Its flavor contained smooth mild wit beer flavor notes and favored the malt. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 13, 2004 Hazy light blond colour with thick but rather small head. Aroma is malty and sweet with some banana and coriander, only hints of bitterness. Flavor is not as fresh as the aroma, but has a malty wheat taste with just a little sweetness. Aftertaste is a bit sour. grant (792), Colorado Springs, CO, Colorado, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 7, 2004 Very pale pineapple color, piles of pretty white head. Aroma is subdued with lighter, wheaty malts and a vague spiciness. Becomes a full-fledged wit in the flavor, crosling is correct in noting a slight butteriness, along with the typical orange and coriander. Not nearly as exuberant as the standard, Hoegaarden. Is killed by a fairly prominent metallic aftertaste. OK, but nothing special. Crosling (1855), Loveland, Colorado, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 3, 2004 Sampled at the Ostend Beer Festival 2004 in Oostende, Belgium.
Light straw.
Biscuit-like and buttery malt under notes of toffee, lemon and coriander.
Strongly Lemon-laden palate. Notes of caramel, sugars, tangerine and orange. Finish is butter toffee. Great example of the style and a great palate cleanser as well while tasting a bunch of bigger beers.
