Pours particularly thin looking. Not much yeast. Aroma is basic white beer, not very citris though. Taste is refreshing lacking anything in the way of body, but seriously drinkable, with more bittering hops than expected in the finish.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Fantastic initial hoppy aroma, but it quickly fades away too almost nothing. Very many citrusnotes. Ordinary but nice flavor, light bitter. Oily palate. I like this witt.

nice head and a little lace that persists, slightly hazy mid-range amber. nice carbonation, noticed a distinct wet-cardboard flavor, John noticed a blueberry flavor. a bit thin and subdued. not the best wit. not the worst. BBE week 4 Oct 07. from a bottle brought back to La Crosse, Wis.

Arrestingly sour, slightly wood-tinged Asti Spumante snout. The typical haze and snowy foam. Sharp and quenching. Ends with a fairly abrupt, bitter metallic dryness for a Wit. Definite nibbles of metal and wood. A pleasantly savoury interpretation.

Fruity and sour aroma. Spiced yeasty flavour with coriander and some sourness. A very tasty wit bier.

Fairly standard Belgian wit with a light touch across nose and palate. Glowing cloudy dull orange in colour with citrus fruits on the nose. More light citrus and spice to taste. Ok as a midday drink but won’t aspire to much more. (e1.80 @ Trappist House Gent)
