Sep 29, 2009 Yellow pour with light white head and lace. Hint of lemon, corriander, and paper. Light paper and a nice bitter for a pils. Medium bodied but a tad thin. Nice beer for the style.

Jul 2, 2009 Draft at the Mellow Mushroom in Asheville, 6/27. Bingo. I love a good pils, and this one was delicious. Perfect bev for a sweltering hot day. Good pils are hard to find in NC.

Mar 6, 2009 Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a straw golden color with good retention and lacing. Aroma is grassy with sweet malts. Taste is sweet malts, bread, grassy hops, subtle peach and pear. Medium bodied. Very nice.

Jan 1, 2009 My notes say *czech pils*, but I believe this to be the same beer. On draft at the brewery. Pour was slightly cloudy light gold with fair white head. Aroma of saaz and some butter in the flavor. A little on the fruity side. Pretty good for style, but Im just not a huge pils fan in general.
