On tap at the brewery. Cloudy orange, thin head. Not that cloudy, just a bit cloudy. Citrusy, mildly piney aroma. Similiar flavor, nothing too complicated. Vaery tasty, nice session pale.

Enjoyed a couple times at the Atlanta Cask Ale Tasting. It was nice to see there was at least a few cask offerings with sensible ABV percentages. Appearance: Clear, light copper body with a thin, bubbly, whitish head. Smell: Aroma of sweetened lemon zest with a backing of basic pale malts. Taste: Lightly grainy pale malts with a small pinch of powdered sugar. Hmm, there’s a peculiar and fairly distinct taste of green tea early on. Lemony hop character with a medium bitterness. Finishes dry and bittersweet. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-low carbonation. Drinkability: Simply a reasonably tasty, enjoyable pale ale.

Tap @ Wedge Brewing Co. Cloudy, deep golden color. Flavor has hints of Halls Honey-Lemon throat lozenge. Aroma of floral hops, honey, and sea mist. Very crisp, refreshing. A bit thirst quenching. Perfectly balanced. <27 Oct 09>

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a light golden color with a medium head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma is fresh citrus hops and caramel. Taste is bitter citrus hops, bread and toasted malts. Medium bodied.

Yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. An almost cat pee hoppiness, light/medium malt, perfume on the nose. Medium malt, hard citrus, very nice finishing bitter. Medium bodied with aggressive carbonation.

Sampled on draft at the brewery over thanksgiving. Fair for style. Grapefruit and citrus nose and a little grassy on the flavor. Pleasantly bitter and well balanced. Just not a huge pale ale fan.
