| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 26, 2008 On tap at Ed Bedreaux’s. Pours rather cloudy with just a small white head. The aroma is very juicy with assertive lemons and a good level of Belgian type esters. . .maybe in the way of banana. The flavor is quite refreshing with tons of citrus and a grainy, semi-dry finish which doesn’t quite compete with the juicy beginning. I was pleasantly surprised with this offering. It’s a nice wit. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 25, 2008 On tap at Barley’s, Asheville. Cloudy yellow, with a thin white head. Lots of citrus notes in the aroma. Flavor is citrusy, as well, with some fruity notes as it warms - cherry or blueberry, I guess. Tasty.
