Hazed yellow with creamy white head and lace. Clove and wheat on the nose. Flavor is a sour malt and paper. Not really a bad flavor but a bit of a let down after the aroma. Thin and watery as well.

Draft at Barleys, 6/27. For as much as I dug the pils, I didn’t love this one. Flavor wasn’t robust enough. Not a top pick.

On draft at Barley’s Taproom. Poured hazy orange with white lace. Bready, yeasy flavor with a big coriander presence.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a dull semi hazy straw color with big white head. Light lemon peel aroma with mild yeasty notes, flavor was tangy and had just a hint of diacetyl. Semi-creamy body with ample carbonation. Bitterish finish. Pretty fair to style, but nothing amazing

On tap at Ed Bedreaux’s. Pours rather cloudy with just a small white head. The aroma is very juicy with assertive lemons and a good level of Belgian type esters. . .maybe in the way of banana. The flavor is quite refreshing with tons of citrus and a grainy, semi-dry finish which doesn’t quite compete with the juicy beginning. I was pleasantly surprised with this offering. It’s a nice wit.

On tap at Barley’s, Asheville. Cloudy yellow, with a thin white head. Lots of citrus notes in the aroma. Flavor is citrusy, as well, with some fruity notes as it warms - cherry or blueberry, I guess. Tasty.
