Elwood (647), Leesburg, Virginia, USA Oct 8, 2009 Serving: Draft.
Appearance: Clear gold with a small, foamy, white head.
Aroma: Very light nose with hints of lemon and malt.
Flavor: Heavy on the malt with a sweet taste and an odd bitterness that doesn’t seem to mesh well with this brew.
Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel and a medium-short finish.
Overall: A poor Helles in my mind. Skip this one. 6ROW (242), corpus christi, Texas, USA Sep 26, 2009 clear golden pour with a small white head. malt aromas, great hops taste and aroma. this is my top weeping radish brew decaturstevo (1971), decatur, Tennessee, USA Aug 13, 2009 Gold pour with creamy white head and lace.
