Weeping Radish Corolla Gold Helles Lager

Serving: Draft. Appearance: Clear gold with a small, foamy, white head. Aroma: Very light nose with hints of lemon and malt. Flavor: Heavy on the malt with a sweet taste and an odd bitterness that doesn’t seem to mesh well with this brew. Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel and a medium-short finish. Overall: A poor Helles in my mind. Skip this one.

Gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Light sweet malt aroma. Lemon flavor with a light sour finish and no bitter. Thin and watery. Barely drinkable.

1L label on 0.5L/16.9oz bottle-pours a dissipating white head and yellow color. Aroma is lemon-some tart, light malt, yeast. Towards a Berlinerweiss. Taste is lemon-some tart/sour, light malt, yeast, diactyl. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing.

its very smooth despite some obvious tartness to the overall presence of the beer. slight fruity, with some butter

The aroma is sour, malty, buttery, and grass. The appearance is amber with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma and a bit garbage like. The palate is thin. Overall I don’t like this beer but it does have a nice buttery taste.

Bottle courtesy of durhambeer. Pours copper and hazy with a white head. Smells metallic with some peppery notes, citrus, dry malt. Tastes of citrus and sweet malt.
