Aroma is oaky, farmy, yeast, malt. Taste is oaky, farmy, malt, secondary vinegar, some yeast. [Wow, I am guessing they brought more than one cask to the Hopfest, and I got my taste of this from ‘the other one’ than the 2 previous RBers, as they mention nothing about a vinegar presence] Cletus (5057), Connecticut, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 14, 2008 Poured a hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Alcohol really stuck me as high, in both the aroma and taste. I believe the bottle said this was <5%. Was earthy, grainy, light citrus, wood, and a bit of sweeter caramel.
