It wasn’t incredible, but it was an enjoyable, tasty beer. Smooth and citrus sweet with clove spicyness. Has the flavor of a belgian white. Reminded me a lot of Schneider Wiesen Edel-Weisse, but just not as good.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2004 this beer poured slightly cloudy, golden yellow with a slight white head from a bottle. aroma was of citrus and wheat. taste was a crisp grainy, fruity flavor that had a very slight hop bite. i like this beer but this style is not my favorite. i never use citrus with a beer so maybe i miss something by neglecting the lemon. i would say this is an average to slightly above average weizen. warrior (213), Mt. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 15, 2004 Citrus orange aroma dominates, followed by some yeasty aromas. Huge rocky head that took some time to settle. Flavors were a nice sweet slight bananna with a good yeast flavor with some mild clove tastes. A good wheat beer overall but not as good as some I have had. I think this was an older bottle and would like to try this beer fresh.
