(It says Weizen on the label, not Hefeweizen) Cloudy golden body with white foam that left quickly. Aroma is sweet & wheaty, with cloves. Taste is pleasant -- light wheat with a nice sweetness that isn’t overpowering. Spices (mostly clove) make their presence known at the aftertaste. Very flavorful and easy to drink -- I could picture drinking lots of these on a hot Outer Banks day. Easily my favorite among the Weeping Radish beers I’ve tried.

Lightly hazy, straw-colored lager with a very quickly dissipating, fizzy, white head. Lots of spice, beef and smoke in the nose... beef jerky, in fact. Malty and yeasty, yet well-balanced flavor. Citrus fruit, clove and straw. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, lemony, dry finish.

Bottle courtesy of durhambeer. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of citrus, wheat. Tastes of citrus, bubblegum, some nice tartness. Finishes with some nice lactic hints. If this was listed as a Berliner Weiss, the scores would be a lot higher. Great beer.

I like Weeping Radish beers, and this one is pretty good. Decent fruit, citrus, yeast, and hop aroma. Flavor is tyical of a hefe, with a fruity, yeasty finish.

Light gold color cloudy. Medium head foamy and somewhat thick. Wheat aroma. Light malts and fairly yeasty. There is a little bit of that banana and clove thing going on here. Taste is a little tart and acidic. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Not a bad tasting hefe, flavor gets better as it warms up.

Looks like Mango juice. It's sweet and juicey with an odd tart candied aftertaste. No yeastiness or banana in this HW. Just OK.

Poured a hazy, bright gold color with a quick white bubbly head. Aroma of soap, nutmeg, wheat and other spices, maybe some citrus as well. Taste was sweet, maybe some tart citrus, but I can't place the exact flavor here, but it was very carbonated. An OK weizen but a weak mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw yellow with a fizzy, rocky white head that slowly dissipates. Aroma is yeast (wheat, dough), malt (cereal, grain) and a fragrant lemony citrus bouquet with banana and clove notes. Lemon and a light sweetness, citrusy start you out, yielding only for the huge wheat yeast flavor, somewhat of a lingering acidic and bitter citrus flavor. Light bodied and fizzy, refreshing palate.
