Boisterous malt contingency on this one, backed with slight bitterness. Pours deep brick orange into the glass, with a little head and lacing to match. Malty aromas. Some fruity notes with lots of malt. Nice, full-bodied mouthfeel, with a roasted finish, indicative of style. Always been one of my faves of the Radish clan.

Dark brew with a aroma of hops and malt. Very fruity with hops and malts to accompany the taste. Good finish.. too bad NC has a ABV law....good beer

Pours dark anber, with an aroma of huge malt and hops. Tastes fruity, malty, with hops. Finishes full-bodied, crisp, and fruity. An awesome brew.

On tap, they are currently calling it a maibock. Nice appearance, but not much head surprisingly. Not much in the way of aroma. Sweet malts rise to the front, with a slowly diminishing hop finish. Not bad, especially considering I am not at all a fan of bocks.

This has got to be about the best maibock I've had yet. Deep gold/red color, huge head, excellent lacing. Very smooth, creamy and flavorful body, lots of bready malt, some caramel. Finish was great - still some sweetness, but also a little hop, and - very interesting - toasted nuttiness. Lisa liked it so much, she stole half of it and made me drink the rest of her Corolla Gold.
