Commercial Description:
A full rich bodied, hoppy, seasonal lager. Especially brewed for the Festbier season. This beer truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating. Deep gold color, great mouthfeel and lots of flavor. Prost!

Pale golden, slightly hazy with a thin white head. Aroma is bready and lightly crackery. A touch of soft herbal character and a lightly sulfurous note. Fairly minerally crispness. Very nice fresh malt character with a nice zesty minerally hoppiness. Good balance with a clean light maltiness that is well-integrated with the bright, zesty minerally hoppiness. Soft, creamy palate. Delicious brew and highly underrated.

on tap @ papago... pours a strange hazy brown shade of yellow but not golden with a whitish head. smells dry and bitter... pale grainy, a little earthy yeast, lemon juice, orange zest, spice and touch of caramel-y sweetness. the palate is quite dry and bitter as well. grassy, vegetal flavors mix with graininess and a little acidity. clean dry yeasty finish with a bit of a skunky aftertaste. medium body, dry and clean. i could see day drinking a lot of this...

Clear yellow with small white diminishing head. Nice aroma of sweet doughy malt. Pleasant but thin flowery hop flavour with slight sweet malt finish. Soft on palate. An easy to drink and relaxed ’soft’ beer, but not exciting.

Bottle brown, 500 ml
Aroma is very distinctive, gentle, creamy, mild, flowery. Head is very nice, creamy, milky white, some flowery, aromatic hops, bitterness on palate dominating over the mild, malty sweetness, refreshing, easy going and drinkeable, citrusy and tangy. A part of that head id very firm.

Very weak hay smell. Clear yellow pour with a medium white head. Pronounced hay flavor with a trace oflemon. Grass finish. Overly bitter for style. It doesn’t come close to measuring up to their wheats.

White, three finger head with a beauty of a golden body. Very clean with a touch of citrus. Easy to go for a few of these.

Bottled fro Asda, Leamington Spa. Yellow gold with light head. Light malty beer with just the faintest hints of spiciness lingering in the background. There is a citric, lemony foreground, some hops and a gentle carbonation. It’s fine and went well with a Chinese Takeaway.
