Commercial Description:
A full rich bodied, hoppy, seasonal lager. Especially brewed for the Festbier season. This beer truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating. Deep gold color, great mouthfeel and lots of flavor. Prost!

Pours a clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of grass and lemon. Great mouthfeel! On the palate is lemon, citrus with just a touch of hops. Has the feel of a great summer beer.

Bottle. Aroma is distinctly malty with a mild note of noble hopsw. A barely amber hued golden in the glass with a spott offwhite head that clings to the edge of the glass. No persistent lacing. Flavor is fairly neutral just a slightly fruit malt body with a mild grassy hop finish. Light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Now that I am entering this beer in I see that it is classified as a Marzen a style this beer shares very little with. I bet this would be really good fresh.

This is a marzen? Really!?! Anyhoo: Grassy hop aroma with a pretty rich dry malt flavor. Well hopped with a slight bitter, dried herbs, aftertaste.

Bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow with minimal amounts of blotchy white suds atop. Looks very inviting. Nose is grassy and slightly sour lemon. Flavor is a gentle sour note.. citrus (lemon and tangerine) and malt undertones. Mouthfeel is medium to medium light. Finely bubbled and highly sessionable, very accommodating to the style though this brew could be argued to venture into the realms of a wit and hefe. Finish is long and sweet, sour, then dry. Highly Underrated @ 2.91/5.0

keg at OpusK Lohja during Oktoberfest 08 tasted few times. golden yellow First times fresh grainy bit fruity and hops. Two weeks clear taste of cooked vegetables. Not so nice. Rating made about the first time tasting.

Bottle. Light hazy lemonade with a medium ring of bubbles. Nose-skunky, cheap beer, bad Grolsch. Taste-malt liquor, butter, lively CO2, wheaty, caramel, very industrial, husk, corn, wheat germ. Ugh. Southern Tier Raspberry Wheat

Pours a cloudy banana yellow with a conservative head. Flavor is typical of many German and Eastern European lagers with skunkiness being at the center of flavor. Quite smooth, pretty good for a lager, but ultimately forgettable. Boring, but not bad. Fair overall.
