May 14, 2009 Bottle pour into shaker (all they had). Hazy orange with moderate head. Citrus and wheat notes on the nose. A very good, well-balanced beer. Mild bitter finish and a very good hefeweizen - Cheers!

May 9, 2009 Pours a cloudy orange with a glorious, soapy white head that lasts for ever. Aroma is yeasty, clove, banana, and a faint hint of spice. Flavor is same with slightly more spice. Moutfeel is light and crisp, and finishes clean. This is the best hefe I’ve had. Slightly better than the Hacker imo. A new favorite.

May 6, 2009 Hazy orange with a huge head. Aroma of pineapple, banana, wheat and bubble gum. The flavours are a bit more salty than the typical weiss and the fruit esters are bit more in the background. Nice, though.

May 5, 2009 Bottle 50cl. Pours an unclear golden ale with a big firm, offwhite head. The aroma is wheat, fruits and citrus. The flavor is wheat, malts and slight notes of bubblegum. The palate leaves some sweetness. Overall this is a good wheatbeer.

May 2, 2009 Hazy yellow-orange pour with a nice white head. Aroma of sweet malts and citrus. Flavor is smooth of malts and a great orange flavor. Light to medium body with a really smooth texture.

Aroma is mostly wheaty bread, then some banana and spicy cloves with a final hint of citrus. Personally I was expecting more from what I had heard about this beer.
Wheat also dominates taste, but unfortunately not all that much of the banana and clove transfers through.
Great mouthfeel, perhaps a bit too watery, but spot on carbonation.
Very refreshing but it’d be good if it had a more banana/clove/bubblegum notes.

Apr 28, 2009 Pours a beautiful cloudy orange. The smell promises spiciness, which the taste delivers on: cloves, bananas, maybe allspice? Delicious and refreshing on a hot Alabama night!
