Absolutely the best weiss I have had. It is so much better draft than on bottle.
Cloudy with white head.
Very spicy with lots of cinnamon.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 26, 2009 after Paulaner, this is probably my favorite hefe. pours a darker yellow, almost brown with a much cloudier appearance. aroma is predicably yeasty and citrusy. it has more bite than Paulaner and it stays on the palette longer. quite good. yemenmocha (421), Glendale, Arizona, USA

hazy straw color with rocky white head.
nose is a delightful mix of estery, bananna, clove, and bread. Very appetizing.
palate is a glorious mix of malt/wheat with plenty of fruit and that nice estery banana taste.
Finish is very appetizing as well. Have to have another. BiddleBrau (332), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Apr 22, 2009 Straw color/hazy with thin white head. Big banana/estery aroma. Spicy flavor with banana and clove notes. Top notch wheat beer. Doesn’t get much better than this. On tap at Peculier Pub, NYC. danielyabu (290), União da Vitória, Brazil
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 18, 2009 Appearance: initial head is average and creamy, white and with good lacing; mostly diminishing. Cloudy and thick body, dark yellow hue. Aroma: banana, dough, little vanilla and clove, moderate yeast. Initial flavor: moderate sweet and light acidic. Final flavor: light sweet and acidic; short duration. Palate: light-medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation and slightly chalky finish. It tastes like a cake made of banana, vanilla and cinnamon. foundmd (163), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 18, 2009 16.9oz bottle. Pours clear golden orange with a large fluffy white head. Aroma and flavor of bananas, cloves, and yeast. Not too sweet. Crisp, refreshing, and highly drinkable. A fine example of a style I do not usually prefer. curly (649), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 14, 2009 Hazy yellow gold pour with a thick frothy white head that retains very well. Excellent wheat and yeast spice aroma. Taste is amazingly crisp wheat. Less sweet than most wheat beers and that is why it’s one of the best.
