Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

A: Wonderful cloudy gold. Huge puffy head, hangs around a long time. S: Cloves, bready, citrus. T: Big spice, cloves, banannas, orange. A bit of a hop spice near the back. M: Super clean, and smooth. Spicyness stays until the next sip, but, while drinking this, it is normally not too long between sips! D: Fantastic. Just as good during a clold winter night, as it is during a hot summer day. This is the world’s standard, for Hefe’s. Hands down.

This is one of my favorite beers, it has a great flavor with a slightly dark cloudy yellow color. Very easy to drink and always good. Bottle

Bottle, poured a nice head... swirled to get the yeast and added to the glass. Dynamic baked bread aroma. Spicy too with honey and cloves. Very yeasty and malty. Smooth on the palate. Great flavor. One of the best Hefe Weissbiers I have tried. Perfect in every way.

Tap last night at my local. A pleasant yeasty spicyness. Light to medium body. Citrus and clove dominate the nose with whisps of light malts. Malts appear in second half of mouthfeel. Great on a cold night.

500ml bottle: Pours hazy, slight golden with an elegant white head. Clove aroma, mineral and malt. Clove dominates flavor, slight banana, prickly carbonation. Light-bodied. Gets more wheaty as it warms.

Pours hazy pale amber with pale gold highlights, and a tall foamy white head, that has good retention and lacing. Aroma is full of banana, some yeasty bread rolls, bubble gum, strawberry starburst, bubble gum, and lemon. Flavor is good, really good. Orange glazed dinner rolls, banana, clove, bubble gum, fruity yeast. Finish is very clean wheat, spicy yeast, and a some watery orange. Body is a little thin...I think, its difficult to gauge since every sip seems like a million flavorful little ants are fighting in my mouth - very over carbonated, but seems to settle down by the end of the bottle. Still, best Hefe I have had.
