Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Hazy yellow under fluffy white head, good lacing throughout. Understated nose, and a full palate. Peppery and sweet, with citrus following. Really nice.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy golden color with thick creamy head. Strong clove aroma with apple, wheat and hint of banana. Grainy, wheaty, bready and strongly clovey flavor with some tart fruitiness and notes of apple. Oily palate. Not my favourite weizen, but fairly good.

Golden and hazy with a fine sized sustained head. Wheaty, malty and yeast aroma. Initially sweet, spicey and yeasty, with a slight lemon flavour. Dry banana finish. Mediium to full body. A near perfect hefe.

A superb example of the style. Lovely deep hazy amber colour with a fantastic big rocky head thats lasting well down the glass, there is a good steady bead of bubbles. Aroma is the classic mix of fruit and spice, this is also found on the palate along with a touch of malty sweetness. The finish is long lasting and satisfying. A complex brew that delivers.

Pours a cloudy yellow-orange color with a moderate creamy white head. A fair amount of lacing. A moderate aroma of yeast, along with some banana sweetness and clove spice. Flavor is sweet throughout with just a nice amount of spice. Nice multidimensional flavor without being too complex. Light and creamy mouthfeel. Definitely one I would drink again.

Pours golden yellow only a little cloudy, you can still see through it. Large white head that lasts 4 minutes. aroma of wheat, yeast, and citrus. Flavor is medium wheat, yeast, and sweet water. Slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Clean finish. Pretty damn good, but a bit sweet, some wood tone, and empty fizz.

Gedronken bij buurman Jan Wemeijer. Lekker Witbiertje met een mooie schuimkraag.
