Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Hazy golden pour with just a touch of orangy gold. Thin but firm head. Very warming citrus and spicy scent. Wow. Not that is a Wheat Beer! This is by far the best wheat I have ever had and that’s saying a lot as it’s one of my favorite styles. This is amazing. One of the best beers I have had in a long time.

hzy-gl, lasting-wh-hd, ^banana aroma, ^wheat §tart ^clean through, vinyl T3, no clove or bubblegum.

the vinyl and the lack of clove and bubblegum left me unsatisfied.
the cleanest hefe-weiss i’ve had @ 325 ratings.

500ml bottle poured into a weizen glass. Poured a cloudy golden color with orange highlights. The thick 1.5" head quickly reduced to a thin white cap. Not much lacing either. Aroma of bananas, yeast, bubblegum, spices and a faint fruity sourness. I just love this aroma. Taste is similar to the aroma but not as strong. Sweet malts up front followed by some citrus and spice finished with a light hop bitterness. Smooth & creamy with tangy carbonation. Very drinkable. Another one of my favorite Hefeweizens.

16 oz. bottle- Pours a beautiful cloudy golden with a perfect head and lacing, the aroma is citrus and wheat. The flavor is full bodied, not watered down at all and is probably the best hefe i’ve had, including Spaten Franziskaner, it has a very nice wheaty flavor, no fruit needed. The most thirst quenching beer I’ve had in a long time.

This is the best hefeweizen I have had. On draft this is slightly better than in bottle. It pours a cloudy golden with a nice thick white head that leaves substantial lacing. In general this beer is effervescent with medium carbonation and the taste is yeasty wheat, malty, crisp, and absolutely refreshing. In particular it has nice clove flavor tone that lingers with a hint of banana.

I’ll come right out and say I love this beer. Lots of yeast, bananas, clove and sweet hay in the nose with some vanilla. I could just smell this beer and be happy. The palate is creamy and smooth. Much of the smell is translated directly into the taste. This is definitely one Hefe you’ll want to roll in order to get all the yeast into your glass. Super long finish that is pleasant till the very end.

Bottle pours cloudy gold with a large, soft, white head which leaves nice lacing. Aroma smells of banana bread with additional notes of lemon and bubblegum. Flavor is bananas, wheat dough and lemon curd. Overall the body is light to moderate, with a creamy texture and a short finish. Definately a classic Hefe.
