Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Aroma perfeito, cor adequada ao estilo, suficiente levedo para se sentir no último gole, mas não tanto que sobre para fazer pão, na quantidade exata, paladar com um "citrus" no fundo , dando o toque certo de uma perfeita Heffeweiben.

(12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Pours a hazy yellow color with a pillowy white cream head. There is little aroma due to the thick head but the aroma that is there is of yeast bannanas and cloves. Taste is a bread and hay malt, it also has tastes of yeast, bannana and cloves. There is also light notes of lemon. Has a great fizzy lively carbonation. It has a short abrubt finish. Pairs great with sushi.

A: Pours a cloudy murky yellow brown color with a booming head. The head dies down to a manageable level but is continually fed by stream after stream of bubbles. S: Tons of aromas in this one. Banana, Clove, Lemon, and Bubble Gum. The aroma lets you know this is a wheat beer and a good one at that. T: Big bold flavors for a wheat brew. It has all that you would expect in there just more of it. Lemon, over ripe banana, and clove dominate. The yeastiness is there giving it an almost sour dough bread type quality. M: Light and sparkling like a good wheat beer should be.

Another refreshing German hefe. Bannana, clove, and yeasty flavors are followed by a malty finish. Its not too spicy or citrusy which makes for a lighter flavor.

12fl oz bottle poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy orange with a ton of creamy white head. Aroma is yeast, banana, citrus. Flavor is citrus, bread, clove, slight banana, very yum. Light-bodied, light to medium carbonation, very smooth. Short finish is very mellow yeast, ever so slight hops. Extremely drinkable. Excellent brew - a fine example of a hefeweizen.

hzy-gl, lasting-wh-hd, ^banana aroma, ^wheat §tart ^clean through, vinyl T3, no clove or bubblegum.

the vinyl and the lack of clove and bubblegum left me unsatisfied.
the cleanest hefe-weiss i’ve had @ 325 ratings.

500ml bottle poured into a weizen glass. Poured a cloudy golden color with orange highlights. The thick 1.5" head quickly reduced to a thin white cap. Not much lacing either. Aroma of bananas, yeast, bubblegum, spices and a faint fruity sourness. I just love this aroma. Taste is similar to the aroma but not as strong. Sweet malts up front followed by some citrus and spice finished with a light hop bitterness. Smooth & creamy with tangy carbonation. Very drinkable. Another one of my favorite Hefeweizens.

16 oz. bottle- Pours a beautiful cloudy golden with a perfect head and lacing, the aroma is citrus and wheat. The flavor is full bodied, not watered down at all and is probably the best hefe i’ve had, including Spaten Franziskaner, it has a very nice wheaty flavor, no fruit needed. The most thirst quenching beer I’ve had in a long time.
