Bottle. It pours a hazy, brown body with a creamy beige head diminishing too fast. Bananaish nose with caramel and a sweetish aroma. Touch of cloves. Pleasantly sweet, effervescent and medium full on the palate. Slightly herbal bitterness, with banana and caramel doing the most of the job. Some spicyness too. Some bitterness to go with the sweetness in the finish. Quite pleasant, but not as easy to drink as I would like it. Fine. (090205)

Bottle into Weizen glass. Pours very hazy light milk chocolate brown, with a healthy fluffy off-white head on top. Nose is sweet, heavy on bananas, a bit of vanilla pudding. Flavor is very smooth - you get the tangy wheat in there, alongside bananas, clove, a bit of sweet malt comes through in the form of a super light cocoa note, as well as the mellow, smooth quality. Soft carbonation, light bodied. Yum.

Dark tan to copper color with big lacy light tan head. Aromas of some clove and of course wheat. Looks excellent in the glass, the head keeps on throughout the beer. Flavor is strong on the wheat, with some malt and cloves, a small bit of banana flavor. There is a slight spice, but this is certainly not a spicy beer.

A dark copper body with a lacy tan head, notes of grasses and clove. A hearty yet still moderate and well-balanced wheat beer, with a background of sweetness to make ti all work well. grain and faint banana. Nice mouthfeel. Substantial, but not thick. Flavor is wheat, malt, banana, and mild spices. Mainly cloves. Spice is tame and in the background. A little sweet, but not cloying. Quite enjoyable.

[Bottle from Henrik Ab & Zu.] A hidden unknown treasure from the cellar. Great brown look with huge head with notes of small bananas, wheatyeast, great softness, malty, mild and friendly.

Aroma complexo, com variações de fermento, caramelo, malte e azeitona. Coloração entre o marrom e o vermelho, densa. Espuma cremosa. Paladar elaborado, com discreto amargor, também lembrando banana, caramelo e azeitona.

Pours a nice dark/orange-brown colour with a dense, foamy dark-white head. Flavour of malts, wheat, yeast, cloves, banana, bubblegum, and other spices. A great example of the style.
