Commercial Description:
Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of our dark wheat beer.

Bottle. Sweet wheaty aroma, with banana. Cloudy amber body, very large thick off-white head. Flavor is smooth but potent, and a typical wheat....no bitterness, fruity banana sweet. High quality.

Bottle. Murky brown, fluffy pale head. Yeasty aroma, with loads of wheat, cocoa and little roastiness. Herbal, wheaty and mildly chocolatey flavor, some banana and yeastiness. Medium bodied, strongly carbonated mouthfeel. Quite subtle dunkelweizen, I like that cocoa though.

Bottle. A cloudy dark amber with a foamy head. Yeasty aroma of banana esters and toffee. A more malty palate, those yeasty banana flavours again. Easy drinking with a soft finish.

500 mL. This is severely underrated. Pours a muddy dark brown with a generous off-white head that settles down. Aromas of chocolate malt, spice, and cocoa with faint bananas and yeast. Taste is conflicting- it is at once yeasty, light and fruity and then more full, chocolately, and coffee-like. Sour finish. A unique experience.

0,5 liter. Lekkere dunkel weizen. goed van smaak. Alleen het sprong een beetje de fles uit. een kliederboel.

A lightly hazed orange brown weizen with a thin white head. A pleasant pungent phenolic aroma, bananas, cloves, very classy. In mouth, a crisp apple dunkel, a bit of solvent and bananas. Very classy and fresh. Flour City brewfest, August 15 2008.
