Commercial Description:
Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of our dark wheat beer.

Pours a huge frothy creamy head. Dark. amber in color. Aroma of bread. Very light oily mouthfeel. Almost watery. Faint bitter finish. Probably would not buy again.

Cloudy, dark amber beer with a small tan head. Aroma is banana. Flavor is fruit and bread. Finish is very faint banana and wheat. Nice flavors, but not as present as I’m looking for in a dunkel.

A light murky brown with an average head. Sweet wheat malty ester aroma that’s a little too subdued. Toasty caramel and ester flavour, fruity finish, more banana then many dunkelweizens. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a nice translucent carmel with an modest off white head. Sweet camel malty aromas. Crisp, sweet and bubbly on the palate. I was expecting a heavy thick beer, but I am pleasantly surpirsed at how light it is. A very tastey brew. Hefe’s are my 2nd favorite style and this on is top drawer. I’m looking foward to my next one.

Bottled. Pours amber and toilet shit brown with a light urine tinge and a dirt white head. Mofo reaks of bread and possibly some yeasty vag. Flavor is well malted with banana, banana bread, and some spices. Body is well malted.

[Bottle] Pours a cloudy gold with a medium tan head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, caramel, and maybe a little musty. Flavor is nicely sweet, with a lot of tart wheat, caramel, raisins, and a little bit of vinous notes.
